For The Beatles Fans…

What????!?!?!  I meant to post this a couple days ago but forgot.  Shame, shame.  On YouTube there there was a posting that shows a previously unseen version of Revolution.  I think it is about 11 minutes.  It combines Revolution 1 & 9 and even goes a bit further.

In an interview in The Beatles Anthology book, John Lennon describes a process that would seem to refer to this track: “The slow version of ‘Revolution’ on the album went on and on and on and I took the fade-out part and just layered all this stuff over it. It has the basic rhythm of the original ‘Revolution’ going on with some 20 loops we put on…”

Everyone loves a little new old music.  What an awesome outtake.

I was going to post the video but unfortunately it was taken off of YouTube due to a copyright claim.  Fuck that.
